You do realise potential investors in the town wont bother to take it into account even when they're built and in use? It's the Leigh way.

Cruising round the 'nes in his Brown Vauxhall Chevette!

Good news for the area though this, along with the Bridge, it will take some of the bite out the recession on the Haltonians. Lad in work mentioned there is a chance of a double dip in the new year too.
