I am a North Stand Leyther. The stand ie the South holds 2000. It was nowhere near half full but nevertheless a good following. I would say 700 or so.

Don't have to mention the second half but as McCarthy has now gone to Wakey that means we are down to the bare bones a week Thursday.

You all know you are in Non relegation League next season. Now who would you prefer to support ?

Widnes. Any hour of the day, any day of the week, any week of the year, any year of the century. Why on earth would I want to support Leigh off the back of one win?

What You'd have said Widnes too. Frank I always had my suspicions but at last a confession!!! It's best to do it now though before Thursday so you don't get called a glory hunter. Lets face it you couldn't get accused of that after today.

Frank, I should point out that, from where I sit, inthe 'well-heeled' area of the West Stand, I noticed quite a few affluent Widnesians in there too. So, perhaps you should up your estimate a bit?
