As much as this week has been utterly fantastic we still have a big job to do on the pitch in the championship, this is most definitely a must win game without a shadow of a doubt.

Add to the fact that every team that normally wants to beat Widnes will now be doubling the efforts, lets hope for a big performance tomorrow and a decent gate. If we can beat Salfords gate tonight ill be quite happy.

I see Barrow got beat tonight by Batley, so they have lost twice just as Halifax and ourselves have done.

Think we will go 0-3 today im sad to say. Looking like a long season for us. It would take a big effort from the team we are putting out to win this one.

Don't worry, if you finish in a relegation spot you can just trade it with a small defenceless expansion side like Leigh did

Dont be daft, if there was any side without a defence that season, it was Leigh!

(Though that season, we were only a few loan signings away from being able to match your on-field ability to be a Super League club )
