The fact is, if Widnes want to compete in SL then they'll use the same quota rules as everyone else including all the loop holes to allow them to put together a competitive squad. It's not all about filling your side with imports is it? It's about having a good balance of youth and experience. I've no doubt it will be tough but the point being made here is super league and licensing was set up to prevent teams from filling their sides with overrated antopideans and it hasn't yet worked.
