That's just a 'one size fits all' chant sung by many in RL and football, it's not exclusively a 'Widnes' song.

Spurs sing "Oh when the Spurs (Long Pause) go marching in" sung slowly then they quicken it up, yours was always sung the standard way "Oh when the saints, go marching in" bla bla bla with no pause until fairly recently when you nicked the style of singing it off Spurs fans.
