Not sure how we are looking on the 'medium term' injuries i.e. Briscoe and Hanbury though I think at least Briscoe will be out still. Hopefully any playing with a few knocks (same with Cas possibly) will have enjoyed a week off. How is it looking at Cas? Who out etc.

Neither sides defence is particularly good at all and both know when they do move it about then they can score and tbh I feel that the side that goes in with the most confidence in their ability will win. The one who plays it cagely and tries to ease into the game won't.

Betts should have a point to prove against Millward and hopefully will send the lads out firing. Don't expect many to travel if on the box and given recent away trouncings but a nice day may swing a few on the day.

Hoping for a good day out and of course a chance of our first away win of the year

Doesn't matter really, Chase aside the remainder of our squad is much of a muchness...and not much at that.

Your team hasn't conceded an average of 40 points plus per game though.
I am starting to feel a little optimistic about this one now,if not a win then a dignified loss at least.Surely the team now must be sick to the back teeth of the shellackings and humiliation.Three weeks off almost,fresh legs,niggling injuries cleared up,playing against a team themselves on a low, this represents the perfect opportunity to put in a performance.I will be disappointed to lose but if it's heavily then you just can't see any improvement from here on in. 29-22 Cas with home advantage swinging it.

With an average of 5.67 points scored & 57.3 points conceded on our travels this season, forgive me for having no faith in Widnes come Monday!
