Not disappointed at all with that.. Considering the players we had out, (Smith was a big loss in that side) I thought we matched Fax with all their 'big' names.
It's all well them saying they haven't clicked yet but with those players you'd expect more. I thought the idea of ignoring the youth was to put out a side that would entertain an dominate. Can't see either happening for them. At least we're blooding some youngsters that are giving a good account of themselves.

In the end two games against top sides in five days was just a bit too much.

As a neutral, I was disappointed by the game. Had big expectations of a cracker between two of the best teams in the league and it appeared neither of them turned up tonight.

Lots of errors and not a lot of creativity (mainly down to neither team being able to settle into the game). Fax squeezed home but really neither side can claim much credit for tonight's performance.

A game best forgotten by everyone I reckon.

PS. While I applaud your support of the Everyman cause, that "surgical appliance pink" strip is a bit garish.

Fax fans, please at least be gracious in victory. I doubt Barrow will be 'quaking in their boots' after tonight's game, just like Widnes & Halifax weren't 'bricking it' after our match v Barrow, 3 weeks ago on Sky.

Beating Widnes dosnt make you the best team. Why would beating a team that will struggle to make the top 4 make you the best team.

Entertaining game, more to come from both teams but just get the feeling that the biggest improvement will come from Fax.

Suprised on many fronts.
Widnes pack was very poor, game never started, number of basic errors, number of penalties and I expected a lot more at the gate.
Gene and Aizue need to retire, and just how many non Brits do Fax have
