I saw enough of Salford last season that I'm pretty confident that Littler will be class in this league.

Think you will find stuart will be used as a wide running second rower not a centre anyway .And people who say robbie has no pace, well all i can say is buy a copy of the halifax away game and see how fast he tracks back to make a tackle . No pace my a$$e!!!
Big Mick is an international so he obviously has the right attributes anyway so speed has ball all do with it.

I have no doubt he will be, but imo as your little friend says be best used as a running back rower he'll do great there... not Finnigan level but good nontheless
My point was mainly how a few over on the Leigh board seemed a tad dissapointed Nanyn re-signed citing lack of pace, whereas their are 12 other spots they could fill there Nanyn is a one off type of player and in the Championship is worth is weight in gold!

I think you kind of got the point, kind of let it fly over your head, but not to worry. Paul hasn't got game changing pace which is what Leigh need, don't think Ridyard has either but he's an excellent prospect, with Donlan at one Leigh need to inject pace somewhere wing is fine if can get it out there (something we didn't last season). Who do you think will play the other side to Nanyn? Maden has always seemed pretty consistent but imo never better than an average winger with a bit of size. Did like that Alstead you had but he's left now has he not?

i think the people against nanyn re-signing were more disappointed with his work rate and defensive capabilities rather than his lack of pace

Demetriou was quality, a proper "thinking man's" player who went on to better things - don't think the same is likely for Littler, but you never know!
