Did anyone see that tackle from ianson in the second half which stopped a certain try? Right in the rib cage and was an absolute peach. He adds an extra dimension in attack. Also glad that heckenberg put Higgins on his backside after that hit in the first half.

Think you brought around 600-700 at the most not 70%, it did sound like 70% of the fans were Widnes fans though, very vocal! The scoreline was a little flattering I think a 12-18 point win would of been a better reflection.

That's not taking anything away from your team, you was excellent yesterday and fully deserved the win and you deserve a place in SL come next year!

On a sour note, shame on the idiotic woman who were moaning about the ball boys ruining their view and shouting abuse at them and the match officals at any chance they could get. Don't understand why they couldn't just enjoy the game! I even heard some of your fans in the queue for food at half time saying they felt ashamed of them, don't know if they carried on in the 2nd half as I moved away from them. They even moaned about the ground saying the seats were uncomfy

And you are not one to be known for making outrageous statements.

We'll be there or thereabouts this year, but you'd be very naive to think that there are not going to be a lot of twists and turns throughout the year. See 2007 season for proof, if you are still that sure.

Good win yesterday. We still need to sort out our defence and discilpline though. Pickers made a lot of mistakes and was getting quite frustrated. I have no doubt that DB will address these areas.

I think it’s a little too early to say we are going to win the league and GF, but we are certainly looking more likely to do so than we have for a long time. I think we’ll have a much better idea come the end of April/early May.

If we can keep this pack fit, we will be a very hard team for anyone to beat – fingers crossed!

Thanks for your feedback Liam, we had a good day out at the best ground in the Championship.

On the sour note: Every set of fans have the 'knob heads'. People need to watch the game rather than just shout 'offside' every third tackle.
