Well it would be except for the fact that Wakey's average crowds for this season is 6,551. Surely you didn't include the magic weekend total attendance to boost Wakey's attendance did you?

Without wanting to get into a measuring contest here..

I think 6,551 is a damn good attendance average considering..

1. Club went in admin weeks before season start, players sold of.
2. Lowest playing budget in SL by far.
3. Licensing looming all season with media hanging the tombstone round the clubs neck from week 1.

It's been a tough year as a wakey fan but now glover seems to have his haid screwed on like your boss man. Spending about 1.5 mill cap for 2012 up from 700k this year.

Oh and belle vue is getting a new roofed away stand, extended seating and roof on east, roof on west and has 2 new bars in ground. Chairman investing over £500,000 in these improvements. Look forward to going to your stadia next year and welcoming you to belle vue too.

You've had far more time than Widnes to recruit for super league. You've had years and years and still achieved nowt more than propping up the table.
