So you did approach all those players before they where officially available? What's more disruptive losing a player mid-season or keeping them until the end? Official or not the player still knows in his head for crying out loud.

Not unprofessional at all. Your club doesn't want us to announce. We don't announce.

How can it be unprofessional?, if Huddersfield were not willing to let Widnes announce the Brown signing then surely the wouldn't have allowed it to happen.

Seems you are making excuses for your poor mid season slump. If anything unsettled your club it was St Helen's announcing the signing of your coach.

To be fair it was fairly obvious from an early stage Danny wanted to return to Lancs. He will not let Hull down whilst he is here and he has gone about the deal in the correct manner I.M.O.

Ticks is far from 'just a plodder' he got into the England team based on his performances in the right second row channel for Hull and deservedly so. Runs good lines and plays long minutes when required. No more susceptible to injury than anyone else - he did his bicep last year then came back too early for us in the play offs to try and help our cause and did the same again - shouldn't have played but that's typical of his effort and commitment. Was having a blinder this year in the game where he got injured (leg I think). He's looked after himself and will give you great service for the next few years just like the previous seven he's given to Hull.
Everyone knows what a superb goal kicker he is but that's an added bonus over and above him being one of the top second rowers in SL. I'll certainly miss watching him play for us.

Stop whinging. Your club does not have clean hands on this. No club does. Announcements like these are made every season for a pretty good reason which I've spelled out and you ignored. Our club has done it, your club has.

Your club poached brough and ferres mid season, how destabalising is that compared to signing a player to play for you next year? Give over.

Stop crying. The mood of the Hull FC fans on this has been rather good on the whole. They knew he was going, they've wished him well, we know he is coming, and everyone is happy. So go away and listen to the smiths in a dark room you big cry baby.

Brearly 84 is a right cry baby.The Hull FC fans have made good comments and I respect that a lot.It has been known for a long time that Tickle was wanting to move closer to his family.So I really don't understand the Huddersfield fan gripe.Get a grip.haha

He was on Huddersfield's board praising a signing they have recently made for next season so he is a complete hypocrite as well.
