3 - Exactly! I'd like to see JD stay but it prob best for him to move (can't see him back in SL) and club (FT wage etc).

Rovers have always had the land, the problem was a lot was green belt. We now though have a very ambitious board who think they have turned a corner negotiating with the council regards green belt. The Rovers project is not some fantasy so no i would argue you dont come on top, as you certainly didnt Sunday
