Is there really any point posting this on every Widnes thread on here and t'other one? Get disappointment but leave it to game / new threads not ones trying to look at something else.

The problem is he has been banging on about how great Widnes are this year and now he has made himself look like a fool. Anyone can beat anyone in this fantastic league and to be so gutted after this defeat is just stupid. I mean i have lost count how many games Fax have lost so far but im not too worried things arnt won and lost so early in the season and we have already done one better than last season by making the Rail quaters and look like having a TV game against the Bulls coming up. Theres a hell of a long way to go this season and Widnes may yet sweep the board, who knows, Fax may finish outside the 6. It really is that hard to predict. Leigh wont win owt again though.

You may understand if you was a Widnes fan.Every year we seem to get let down, and play well at times.On paper team looks great, but some players like Finnigan should realise this league is tougher than they think.Hunslet and other teams will want to beat us as we are the big club in the league.Frustration over now and lets hope they raise the game against Leigh.But i am not too confident and maybe soon we need start playing some top youngsters.

Honestly your team dosnt look great. Its defnatley capable of competing without a doubt but whether it is good enough to win things i really have my doubts. Leigh look strong, Fev will come good, I feel Barrow have a better team even if they cant put it together on the pitch either and even though Fax have weakend i still feel we are better equipped than Widnes. Anything can happen though, maybe it will click for you and come good. No point getting down after one defeat, teams can afford to lose a lot of games in this league this season i feel.

May as well bring this one back up again.

With the announcement of the licensing done with, we now have the "even bigger" announcement on Sunday v York.

"Darren Lockyer announces he has signed a 3 year deal to finish his career with Widnes..."
