To be honest, all away suppourt is not what it used to be a few years ago for all teams. No P&R and ticket prices are the main factors, I mean £16 for a match is a bit hefty mind you nowhere else is much better. I think however this arguement was pointless. Both sets of fans are as bad as each other.

This post needs to be locked as it is becoming silly now.I love my club Widnes and i will go to leigh even though do not like them. I think Widnes fans are just frustrated like myself because we should be performing better.The low salary cap is actually testing how good the coaches are on a small budget.Hopefully we can turn the corner and start to play as a team.Leigh are coming on here finding it funny, and some of us are falling into their hands.Leigh are mutants and are lucky to have millward as a coach.

I'd be very surprised if Mr Millward is not on the very short lists of coaching candidates at Huddersfield and Bradford. I can't see Saints taking a punt again.
Firstly what an absolute gas this thread is... For a bunch of fans that are fed up of VM this really is one hell of a frenzy on here about him not going. You'd of thought that there would have been trumpets and bunting... instead there's outrage and desperation.
Secondly... I'm still laughing at the Leigh fans pointing the finger at Widnes fans for not turning up in numbers. This is like the Greek Treasury having a pop about the state of other countries finances. Hilarious. We didn't hear a peep out of them all last year and then all of a sudden.. booof.. here they all are.. and by here. I mean on these messageboards because their home attendances are still poor. I even heard one fan state that they at least take 25% of their attendances on the road.. well 25% of not very many is not very many at all.
I was honest in my opinion of Thursday night.. I thought we were outplayed and outfought.. Leigh looked superb and are justifiably earning their plaudits this year.. With that in mind you would have thought that most talk from their fans would have been about the performance.. but man oh man.. talk about an insecurity complex.

I think the frenzy is due to the idiotic nature of his post. He sure does set himself up for ridicule sometimes. People just respond in the likely manner. I imagine it's akin to badger baiting.
