Maybe that could be better though, get our lads drilled and working hard, it didn't work for Cullen at Wire as he was still 'one of the lads' and apparently Betts had similar at Wigan (though still did ok).

TO'C role apparently hasn't changed as he's more of a player liason officer, I think though he'll now work closer with the board whilst Cullen works closer with Betts.

I see Ben Davies is in the Wigan Squad next year and not Harlequins.Maybe we can get him on a season loan and then permanetly for 2012.Props next year looks like as follows,

1.Pickers 2.Hecky 3.Gaz Haggerty 4.Ben Kavanagh (Secondrower for me.) 5.Houghton. So if first 3 stay fit we will do ok but i worry if they get injured.We have youth in Mullaley,Alex Gerrard and Jack Smith.Well be interesting if Betts gets the best out of the youngsters.

We still need someone to replace Gannon as the hard man in the pack, none of them will step down but we need a punisher.

Is the squad night in December or january time?Maybe we will wait to see what happens to the Crusaders.
