Little Pepe went to nursery school one day wearing his Widnes hat. His teacher asked him why he was a Widnes fan. He said, “Because my parents are.” His teacher said, “That’s not good. What would you do if your parents were drug dealers and hookers?” He replied, “Well then I would be a Warrington fan.”
There's a Wooly over there, baggy kecks and feathered hair with a 3 star jumper half way up his back, that’s a fecking Wooly back! Oooh-to… Oooh-to-be… Oooh-to-be-a… WOOLY!
Your tenacity in defending your teams indiscipline and shortcomings in that game is admirable.
But you are starting to look like a very sore loser now.
I am impressed at how unwavering and overwhelming bias is staying intact. Commendable effort but let it go man.
The fact is there are multiple infringements by both teams in all SL contests. Our game was no different. It was only the second half widnes felt the wrath of the whistle due to 3 consecutive head highs.
After a warning .. Cross again commits another high tackle. He had to walk.
The widnes discipline let you down big time.
All this childish you did it too... You did it more... You did it all game...
Is making you look a touch foolish, take my advice here..
Sit down, relax and have a coffee... Next week is another game, and another chance to grab 2 points.
I'm not the biased one. I have feely admitted that our indiscipline let us down. And, like you say, it happens in every game in Super league. I never, at any point, excused any foul play from Widnes players, and agreed that Cross had to go. I'll go further than that and say that Scoot Moore is very lucky not to be sent off for a professional foul.
But, over all, it wasn't a particularly dirty game until Widnes tired in the last 20/30 minutes and let themselves down badly with their indiscipline.
You don't need to lecture me about bias son. You seem to be the very thing you are accusing me of. Not a single mention of the high tackles and spoiling tactics of your own team in your post there.

Well done on making yourself look ridiculous.
Couldn't agree more, we let ourselves down massively but Wakefield were no angels. I was going to mention the treatment Allen recieed but somebody beat me to it.

Yep, Dave took at least two full-on high shots that should have been dealt with by the ref, but wasn't.
It's amazing how these non-biased Wakey fans conveniently missed those, but managed to see every Widnes high tackle, sending them in to venomous anger and righteous indignation.

fecking tarts!
It's not righteous indignation, all games have head high tackles and all teams commit them. If Thaler had dealt with them in the appropriate manner though, it might not have appeared as though it was actually widnes' game plan, that's all. Either way in the second half he at least grew enough plums to deal with what indiscretions were being committed and the best team took advantage and rightly won, Incedentaly our second victory from nine under the biased Thaler. If you think you were robbed you are miles off, in the end you reaped what you sowed, and if you think that's the way forward, I can't see you doing much better, and that would be a shame.

I don't think that we were robbed. The best team won. I'm saying that dirty play went both ways, and that Widnes only got out of hand when they seemed to tire, in the last 20/30 minutes.
To say that this was our game plan is pathetic. If any team had an illegal game plan it was Wakey, with constant holding down and slowing our play-the-ball down. This repeatedly went unpunished by the ref. I'm not saying he was biased, but he didn't do Widnes any favours either.
If you listen to some of your fans, you'd think that this game was some evil master-plan to make Widnes look good. There's something sad and desperate about that frame of mind.
I see what your saying, and tbh we are just going round in circles. We'll see how Betts deals with things going forward, I'm sure you have some good enough players, and there was plenty to work on in training both positive and negative. Time will tell.
The laying on was both teams and the ref let it slide a fair bit. Fair play to him.
The pitch added to a fast paced game and part of both teams game plan will have been to slow the opposition down a touch.
I think the ref realised this and was lenie with both teams on occasioned and I think that's a positive for the ref instead of blowing every 2 mins.
As for the Allen thing, I am to watch the match again so will keep an eye out there.
The ref may very well have missed a thing or two which is human but the reason he didn't miss the high tackles from widnes are that the happened consecutively.
Fitness ultimately told and watts may add a touch of class which Is needed. Phelps will go steady but I thought craven was good anyway.
All in all widnes held up well. Salford and bulls I tip to be below you anyways.
Its swings and roundabouts, we will get the rough end of the whistle in a few games as do all teams.
Anyway, I am bias as I am a wakey fan but I try to be as least bias as possible.

Thaler is a Cas fan, which in our book makes him the anti Christ!!! One win out of three games he reffed last year, zero from five the year before. You lost fairly and squarely, talking clap trap won't change that.
That proves nothing mate as you've been helpful the past few years.
