A few fans and ex Widnes players are saying he's going to take the club backwards. Not looked too convincing in his first few games. Not sure if he was the right man for the job. Personally would of gone for Ellery Hanley

i think cullen is a defensive coach.

mccormack was a attacking coach.

we need someone who is good at organising both.
