Conspiracy theorists will use this to back up the claim that CC were a shoe - in no matter what the other franchises were like - maybe these deals were completed with haste, hence the cock up. Did nobody think that the UK border agency would notice? Did they expect them to turn a blind eye?

It is interesting to note that none of the teams that CC have taken points off have been particularly vocal about what has happened - not wanting to bite the hand that feeds maybe?
