I`d say keep Betts for the next 4 years at least.............Onwards and Downwards.....Then promote Cullen...The future`s bright.

Calland your going backwards bring in Powell with Nobell as head coach those two will get the best out of anybody

That's the way I'm starting to feel I must admit. I wouldn't change anything right now as 3 games within next 10 days or so (usually can't wait ) so bit of an ask for a new coach as little time on training field. But if we are playing similar after them and still can't get a win, something would have to give thats for sure.

Maybe as an immediate change get Cullen more involved with side to split the workload of Betts a bit?
