I realise this is the widnes forum and this isnt strictly a widnes rugby subject but i am a widnes fan and had a random rugby league experience today i would like to share.
given the density of practical work in my PT diploma we occasionally have to be in on weekends to get through it all.
so i spent most of this morning learning about plyometric circuit training and being put through my paces by non other than special quest tutor Tim Jonkers!

To say I am underwhelmed is putting it mildly. Still, it could have been Toa so it's not the worst outcome.

Yep built it up good style did smurfy, toa is a legend though and badly missed this year, tangi isn't fit to lace the masters boots.


We do miss our toa balboa.

No-one occupied a sick bed like Toa. He was a legend in his own medical journal.

He only didn't like playing for Leigh so they called him sick note, us widnes fans saw quite a few glimpses of toas legendary skills and crunching defence.

Shame he wasn't 5 years younger.

guys, if i ever actually try to build anything up you lot wont know whats hit you i was more wanting to share what i thought was a rather hilarious random element to it all, it was right up there in the list of things id have never considered happening today, but then of course the making of a list would imply i did consider them so...............

It certainly was random. I do like your posts though - you are a breath of fresh air. I will keep a watchful eye out for the beast Toa - I have smited him much over the last three years
