We need to sign Powell or Nobel as the coach and get rid of Pinky and Perky.

What coach is going to come to the Widnes table? He's going to want to bring in 18 new players because the gash that's playing now is why you are bottom.

It's Betts until October I'm afraid - and then starts Rebuild No.2 under a new coach.

I am sure Widnes can offer more money than Fev for Powell and it is worth the gamble.Some players are good enough just not working as a team and are organised badly due to no leader on the pitch.I feel 10 new players of decent quality and a top coach can improve the team.

Yet again the club seem to miss the point, this seems like another expectation management drive, and its all getting a little condescending now. Like we don't grasp the reality, the implication being that if we did we wouldn't be disgruntled. Cullen just either avoids the issues here of (more worryingly) doesn't grasp why many fans are disgruntled in the first place. Its another sign that the belief at the club is the status quo is just fine, when many of us know it is not.
