Another Rugby League novel on the way. : Wed Dec 05, 2012 4:01 pm
Having now written four novels (One Winter, One Spring, One Summer and One Autumn) all with a strong South Lancashire Rugby League background, I am pleased to announce that, except for the last page, I have now finished writing the fifth one in the series.
It will be set in 2002 and 2003 and includes such chapter titles as "A Tale From Knowsley Road", "Billinge Rules", "A Day Out In Wigan", "Listening To Stevo and Eddie", "Stuck On The M62", "Return To Thatto Heath", "Meeting Eddie Waring" and "She's a Jehovah's Widnes". It will be published sometime next year but for anyone looking for a Christmas present to give for this year, "One Winter" and "One Autumn" should soon be available in the new club shop. They are also available through Amazon on Kindle or visit the web site of London League Publications at http://www.llpshop.co.uk. |
