I don't agree with your assessment at all. Whoever wrote that has been pretty lazy. We've not languished this season at the bottom. We've won four matches already. If we win our game in hand we're midtable. We outplayed Saints and only lost because of a baffling two players sent off to give them an advantage.

I know the Daily Mirror had Salford as an 8 point advantage but anyone who had been watching closely could see with our best squad available to us we were favourites going into that game at home.

Agreed. Utter nonsense really and Bill Arthur came out with similar crap.

We've had a few poor showings in some VERY tough away games yet have been excellent at home and are as close to third as we are bottom!

The fact that SL full time focused on our result on Easter Monday (ignoring all those rested) and not Good Friday's win against Wire (they did the same with KR btw) says it all.
