Sad to report the passing of former Dons player coach Cyril Sykes at the age of 87 yrs
Cyril was a former Hull FC player who joined the Dons in September 1968 until September 1971 He coached & played in the memorable challenge cup third round home tie against St Helens which was played on a Tuesday night the result was a 4-4 draw the attendance was 4100. https://www.hullfc.com/blog/2021/08/17/ ... ril-sykes/ |
