I was talking to a Dewsbury fan after the match. He said that whilst he should be happy they've won the league, he was fearing for what would happen next season.

Liam Finn was given exactly the same playing budget for next season as this which prompted him to leave. Several of the current players have already signed for other Championship clubs leaving Dewsbury in a sticky situation.

Their number 7 looked handy, they need to get out some of the dead wood and build around him (unless he is one leaving). Can't imagine Sykes having another year, very ponderous and not even good at goal kicking anymore

Yes, number 7, Calum Turner, looked very handy. He's on Craig Harrison's books. He scored 4 tries in 12 Super League games for Castleford in 2018. He's 24.

Can't see Sykes playing in the Championship.
