I shall use a combination now of the RL Express for the sin-bins and sent-offs and the RFL for the on-reports.
Initial impression is that in SL they do nowt but put them on report as a first line of action.

I assume the referee puts a player on report because he is uncertain as to what exactly happened at the incident, what I don't understand is if the referee is uncertain as to what happened how does he arrive at the decision to award a penalty to the none offending team .

Imagine the scenario of the home team leading the game by one point with 15 minutes of the game left to play & there is an incident in the home teams 25 and the referee decides to put a home team player on report and he awards the visiting team a penalty which they choose to take a kick at goal which is successfully converted, the visitors now are one point in front & hang on to there slender lead to win the game, the following week the player who was put on report appears before RL disciplinary meeting who findings are that the player as no case to answer.

I agree wholly

The red card/yellow card system is enough ... and the rules regarding citing after the fact can cover anythnig else...never liked the report rule

I didn't think Donny were particularly dirty when you visited Craven Park.
Regarding the lights, the home fans (and players) can see as much as the away contingent. We'd love new lights, but need to raise £200,000.

That's one thing I can't quite work out. The footy team were playing in Torquay, therefore you weren't both vying for support, so why play at 6.30?

The other obvious point is that your players are used to the conditions, whereas ours aren't.

I'm a bad loser aren't I?
