Morning Paul,

Hopefully we will get the all clear and as you say more will join.

If the worst happens, any monies raised would potentially be focused on the local amateur game but we remain hopeful that the Dons will be given the green light for 2010.

Either way the Trust will be looking to forge links with local amateur clubs as one of it's aims.

Article in Free Press , Stuart Piper stating it was hoped the deal would have been sealed by the Gateshead match.

The RFL are being contacted on a daily basis , but 4 weeks on we are still waiting !

Agreed- but meant from RFL point of view not positive spin to be refered to in the press and on tv as "former home of the now defunct Doncaster RLFC" .But sorry no more of these negative thoughts!

No, not yet sorted.

Our former player and Chief Executive Carl Hall put a business plan to the RFL in August and told them he wanted a decision by Sept 25 but so far no response.

I have heard a whisper that the Press and RFL will release a statement about the club in due course, which is good for the Dons.

Well done to Carl and everyone else involved.
