Tetley's moth?

It gives me butterflies.

Like the stuff at the Keepmoat ?. An improvement on John Smiths I grant you but only just. And bottle conditioned Real Ale is full of flavour and aroma but that would ecape a Tetleys Moth man

Can't have Tetleys Moth ... that would put me in a flap.

Tonight it will likely be the Moth at Headingley. But tomorrow it is the Head of Steam, Slubbers & the, as yet, untried Sportsman in Huddersfield. Plus others hopefully.

A new one to me sampled in the Tut yesterday Wooden Hand Cornish Mutiny 4.8%. Also new and sampled in the Old Angel was Thornbridge Equinox 5.9%



Add to that Acorn Old Moor Porter (Red Lion) and Thorne Coal Black Porter (Old Angel) and a pleaseant evening indeed was had.

You might be interested in an upcoming Meet the Brewer night at the Bluecoat in Rotherham featuring the Thorne Brewery! I would like to think I planted the seed in the manager's mind.

Owd Tyke 4.6% (a Ruby Red Ale)



slight preference was for the 'Ruby Red'.

Last time we played Swinton Lions, we popped into a Holts House only about a mile from Sedgley Park. Been trying to work out its name this morning and I think it must have been the Eagle and Child, Higher Lane, Whitefield M45 7EY.



They also do food.
