Has anybody attended any other Dons matches that were abandoned ?

Blimey i vaguely remember a game when i was a kid, which should have been abandoned. it was a away game (think it might have been Dewsbury and at their old ground)

We had all weathers that day, and the second half heavy snow, i remember it been very cold and by the end of the game we were in a blizzard

u remember the game and was it Dewsbury? guessing it was about 85 or 86

That game was at against Huyton the fog came in very quickly from the rear of the main stand it was impossible to see the pitch from the stand the referee abandoned the game but 15 mins later the fog completely cleared away.

There was also another game abandoned at Tattersfield any ideas who it was against and the reason for the referee abandoning the game?
