You guessed about right Gary with the team, Bovill was sin binned after a very good acting debut by Rudd, who got up like a fresh daisy after Bovill was yellow carded, it was put on report so hopefully no further action.

It was very warm up there, but no excuses we were beaten by a better team, but all us 8 on the cop side enjoyed it, well not the result but the weather.

Where is Alex Palmer from?

Gary Hetherington was also up at the game today.

Yes to both... but he has also had spells with Bentley Comps, Toll Bar and Cas Lock Lane.

He's only just 18 and they called him the 'baby faced assassin' at Moorends..

We had Alex at Bentley as a junior playing under A.N.Other cos he was two years under the age group (along with Craig Holt) so shouldn't really have been turning out. But the pair of them could hold thier own even though they were much younger than the opposition.
He was nicknamed The Scud by the coach cos he just ran it in and didn't think about what was in front of him.
Good kid.
