No, but to be fair the last 'takeover' took weeks to be finally approved by the RFL. Considering the current position, they may want an even closer look at what is presented this time.

The simple answer to that is to change the name of the club to Fulham,London Crusaders,London Broncos,Harlequins etc after which we will be automatically promoted into Super League with a guarantee to stay there for ever even though the average attendance is 2500-3000 and contribute nothing to the League except an expensive day out for supporters of other teams.
