So the promoted club requires a new coach and the current favourites for the the second spot also require a new coach. Plus both clubs will have to invest quite a bit to tread water in the Championship, interesting to see how they fair.

Alan Kilshaw has had connections with Swinton before. Reading between the lines, I think he probably lives on that side of the Pennines. It's a strange one, because Swinton could get relegated and he'd be back in League One again.

With the Liam Finn situation, he probably knows he'd have a very limited budget at Dewsbury, so going to Halifax is the best option to progress his career.
