defeated rochdale 16-26 today in a very hard fought win by the sounds of it, this means we are at home in first round of playoffs in a fortnight to workington town

playoffs should be as follows

first week blackpool v workington, rochdale v south wales

2nd week oldham v york and the 2 winners of week 1

3rd final eliminator

4th week final where we will march on the championship, up the panthers!

Yes a hard fought win. We were very quick out of the blocks and looked like we were going to run away with it after 20 minutes but rochdale fought back well. Still in the balance with ten to go but luckily our class shone through and we finished the stronger team. Wasnt pretty but we dug in and all that mattered was the result. P.S anyone going to Rochdale, dont take a can of pop to drink(Not alcohol), dont take flags to put up around perimeter (obstructing advertising hoarding for the only man in the far stand, the camera man)and dont take photos of the action(incase im taking photos of the ballboys WTF is that about). They had about 15 stewards and the crowd was 590???? More like 400 so the words JOBS AND WORTH COMES TO MIND !!!! This is rugby for gods sake on a sunday afternoon - MORONS !!!!

The final eliminator will be away at York or oldham if we reach it. Hell of a challenge that. Not least given Hobbo's behaviour over at York last time! And if its oldham we don't want you upsetting their fans again kev!

Ha ha ha Mark - Ive got two ASBO`s now - Oldham and Rochdale !!!! Dont fear anyone home or away but York may be a grudge match before it begins so if we get that far. Good following down at Rochdale today, glad to see the panthers travelling in force for a change, long may it continue - Up the panthers !!!
