Tough forward battle tonight on a mudbath, but a win is a win & our 1st at the jam farm since 92

2 hard earned wins away to Toulouse & Haven 2 fixtures we lost last season.

We have not yet settled but when we do a few teams will get a proper battering, we play the dryer pitched better .

Totally agree. A really well-thought, well-earned result tonight. To think the injuries we had to Catic, Young, Roberts and Flecther- I thought we matched their pack every step of the way. I thought our patience was fanastic, we didnt panic and got the just rewards in the end. Great night, great result, well done Steve and the team!

crap game in crap conditions. 2nd half, there was going to be only 1 winner.
not an easy place to get a win, despite their current away form.

Conditions dominated the 1st half, we dominated the 2nd half in a forwards battle without 4 key players BRLFC did very well under the circumstances, a win is a win

Good shout payne!!! Fantastic night out up the coast and they didn't disappoint! Thought blackwood and Mcgillvary were awesome, and considering the number of forwards we had injured, I thought the pack we put in did a solid job! Haven offered very little!!

Couldnt agree more Browno! Even with there three strike forwards back (Miller, Amor and Jackson) we still bullied them throughout the match. 2 fantastic away wins, with a handful of first team players still to return! Roll on Monday and the tought test of the sheffield eagles!
