As far as I am aware mate the Xbox 360 is region protected wheras the the PS3 is not! So the short answer to your question is no it will not work on your Xbox unless your Xbox is from Aus/NZ.
If you have a PS3 tho then you will have no problems!

It works out at £59.75, you may also need to pay around £9 in tax once it arrives.

For the PS3 it is definitely 100% compatible as there is no region protection on PS3 software. I have imported games from all over the world such as America and Canada with no problems what so ever. It is only the Xbox that is region protected.

One thing you will need to do though is ensure you have a HDMI connection to your TV. I may be wrong about Aus/NZ software but I kno with US/Canada games if you try and play it through a PAL connection it won't appear in colour as it is NTSC. HDMI over comes all these issues tho!
