Apparently, Rovers made enquiries over the availability of DB but thats as far as it went.

If the rumour is right about Paul Carter, and he finds his Bulldogs form, then Rovers won't need another half back.

How, the only way he wouldn't count as a non fed player, is if he played his junior rugby in Europe, that's why it's caused non federation trained?
