Fine all I said was there is a lot of known players leaving so will be at least 7 going so hope we get better players coming in. Is that better

Just a question about Kelly if anyone in the know could answer?is he still training during suspension on own or still supervised by club conditioners?is he in a position to play if suspension lifted tomorrow?

no idea to your question but thinking about it logically last week Peacock said on the SL show, we will be meeting albert and his agent this week ( that been last week ) so they must have had that meeting surely the matter would have been sorted if he was to play again a fine imposed or suspension announced and he would be back in contention, my guess is he has been told he will have his contract terminated and due to legal process if they could not agree a pay off will be silent about the issue, that seems to be what's going on, otherwise its a barmy situation one of your best players sitting out the most important game /games in 10 years at rovers, it may end up in an employment tribunal hence the lack of information coming out

I don't think that will be far from the top & bottom of it. Dismissal I suspect, but if done correctly then there would be little prospect of ending up in a tribunal.

Rovers want rid of Kelly without paying him but he is contracted for another year.

That's the difficulty.

If everyone can make up and be friendly he'll play against Huddersfield and next year too. (*) Otherwise he's finished and it's in the hands of the lawyers as to whether his pay off is something, nothing or plenty.

(*) Not for us for Wakefield in a swap deal for car crash bad boy Danny Kirmond.
