No.

Many respected posters have been tolerated and listened to and have become friends over the years on here.

Particularly when they where are / where funny.

I used to like Hutchie, everyone knows Coffee Woman and I are friends online, I've never met her.

Jake, I've never met and my family certainly are ashamed of having something to do with him gaining some sort of an education, but we're a charitable and good family, me aside.

(Full disclosure, my Mam is off Hessle Road).

People say these boards are dieing because of changing social media, probably true, but I'm sure we can maintain the hatred.

I know this is the board talking about the board, but on a chat thread I think that is okay.

Web fan forums have generally drifted out of fashion, of course. There was an article about it in When Saturday Comes, a month or two ago. However, apparently RLFANS has seen something of a reversal of that trend recently. I doubt we’ll ever get back to the mid-late noughties heyday, but still.

Even before the Facebook scandal, it, twitter and others were seeing a squeeze from other stuff (snapchat and instagram possibly - I really dunno), as well getting a bit toxic around the edges and having some issues with uneven/overstretched moderation. It’ll be interesting to see how fashions change, but I suspect i’ll stay here like a ageing Ted, Mod or Punk. Instagram isn’t going to work for me any better than skinny jeans and a permed fringe would.

I think on both boards, fans of shall we say a more negative persuasion, are dismissed as fans of the opposite side. It just amuses me.

I don't mind some of the stuff he posts, and I think some is bang on the money. The issue is that he just starts then spouting stuff that's clearly wrong, proven wrong and he/she just cannot accept it.
I have not a doubt he/she is though an FC fan

You have to admire his stance on Radford even after two CC wins his hatred of him is still in tact he hasn't relented at all
