An afternoon's shopping in Leeds is not complete without one of their sirloin sandwiches on foccaccia.

I had smoked mackerel and Swaledale on multi seed. Cheeky trip to Jo Malone and some pink Marc de Champagne truffles from Charbonnel et Walker. Parked at The Light - £8.30! Having oven chips tonight.

Harvey Nick's is good, and I know a lot of the cooks from there that have gone onto other things, but for lunch I'd recommend either Create or, if you fancy a meat out, Ribb Shakk.

I had a clean poo earlier. I like a clean poo.

I don't. They're a massive waste of bog roll because you don't know they're a clean poo until you wipe and at that point it's too late as far as bog roll rationing is concerned.



I like the ones that don't require a flush but still leave a lovely aroma behind.

Most of mine tend to need loads of wiping though, so it's always a timely boost if the first wipe is clean. Besides, it's not a waste, because even when you have the world's messiest poo, you keep wiping until you get a clean piece.

I try to avoid stimulating the anus with excessive wiping, therefore I wipe 3 sheets max and the under crackers do the rest, if needed.
