the others were called off i play for central rochdale were pretty poor saturday how was the Irlam-New Springs game??

Tough game, don't think either side were at their best but not surprising at this early stage. New Springs went into the game without any pre-season friendly and with 7 players missing, so a good result considering Irlam beat us twice last season.

its the start of season init you always have them problems we had 1 freindly against miners 2nd with half a team and lost 34-30 we got a few out suspended and a few injured should be a good season

even the ref thought we were leigh east lol how was the new springs gaem?? big shock bamber bridge turning irlam over they are a good side aty home though

Tight in first half 12-8, scored early in the second half and never looked back really. Wasn't sure what to expect from Bamber Bridge but that's a very good result for them.
