points difference dosent count, coz teams can b given 18-0 wins. great win 4 pilks. nice 1 lads beatin them pie eating nice people. irlam for the league. by far the best team in the league

Your forwards were definitely better, especially in the second half. We had most of the territory in the first half, against the slope and with 12 men at one point, just poor execution cost us a lot of points and we conceded a couple of soft tries - great finish for the second try but defence was poor there (me ). No complaints about the second half though, just not good enough all over the park.

We're not too down about it, we've always had to beat Irlam but we have to win every game now (home to Bamber Bridge and Irlam, away at Leigh) to win the league.

How will we separate the teams should they finish on joint points then? Head to head record?

Head to head record is used to decide title/promotion/relegation issuses.

Pilks 28-16 New Springs

Couple of midweek games according to the leaguerepublic site, nothing for the weekend yet though.

Irlam are 2 points clear at the top so its gonna be an awesome decider in 2 weeks whoever wins that game basically are champions that is of course neither teams lose to other oppositon NSL who are you last 3 fixtures irlams are

We've got home games against Irlam and Bamber Bridge and an away game at Leigh, no idea who we play on what weeks though.

Are those fixtures in order? (ie our game is a week on Saturday?)

next saturday irlam play new springs away this saturday is bamber bridge so yours is
new springs vs leigh central
newsprings vs irlam hornets
new springs vs bamber bridge

We don't seem to have a game this weekend according to the League Express. All the teams we can play already have scheduled fixtures

Saturday 17th April fixtures:

Blackpool v Higginshaw
Leyland v Eccles
Irlam v Bamber Bridge
Rochdale Mayfield v Leigh Central

Our three remaining fixtures in bold.

Have you contacted the league to get your fixtures mate? Nobody at our clubs seems to be bothered enough!

if you have a free weekend nsl it must mean you have a midweek game against leigh central next week as all fixtures have to be completed by may 1st

We've got Bamber Bridge at home next Tuesday (20th) then I'm assuming it's Irlam (H) on the 24th followed by Leigh Central (A) the following Saturday.
