We got to the Cup final with Potter, during an intensely injury ravaged season. Yes, we did sign foreign cover for Jones, but that is a key position, where we had no available cover. We have plenty of decent backrowers to blood, they should be the first choice.

agreed, theres no doubt bird is a decent player but I feel we have good players playing in the positions he covers allready

This will guarantee negative publicity in the papers this weekend. Mind, any publicity would be nice, you wouldn't know there's an SL round going on this weekend reading today's bloody papers.
