I believe the French word for that is "MERDE!"

Judging by the pictures I've just seen on Sky, that's broken. Your foot isn't supposed to be at that angle.

Talking to Kevin this morning, its a broken leg, out for 3-4 months. This morning's L'Indep has him down as breaking his fibula. Thats the one at the back of your leg, not as drastic as Chev Walker and Richard Owen
