Is it that big a deal? Really? Assuming Celtic haven't colluded in some dodgy dealings with the players (if that was the case, then yes it is a bloody big deal) and have been duped along with the authorities, then they would be looking at a few new players next year anyway. You're not going to plan to go into next year with the same team that finished bottom. Marketing is all well and good, but the only thing that is really going to get bums on seats is a winning side - take the positives and see this as a chance to get some new blood into the side.
I'm not sure of how the fans think about some of these players involved, but most clubs have one or two players fans wouldn't mind seeing the contracts cancelled for!! (OK, maybe this is too optimistic a viewpoint, but every cloud etc..)
So chin up, and as long as your club haven't knowingly done anything dodgy, we'll have forgotten about this when the playoffs come round. Well, apart from some rather bitter fans from round these parts!
