Cheers, is there any pubs nearby that will show the sky games on Friday & Saturday?

There's a pub nearby called PS's that DID have Sky sports. Not sure if it still does, or if it's inclined to show the League. I think it might have gone back to its original name The Angel.

So long as it doesn't clash with that round ball game or the Heineken Cup matches of that OTHER rugby they'd probably show it.

The pub is a 1 minute walk or a 3 minute stagger from the ground.

Perhaps Crucrucru or Safo can tell you if any of the other local pubs show it. Idon't drink these days so really am not sure any more.

Not sure. The Railway should put it on as long as it's not clashing with anything.

If I had a pound for every time an away fan asked if there were any pubs about which was showing the rugby league I'd have about £15 now.

It would be a good idea for a Bridgend pub to market itself as a Crusaders/rugby league friendly pub as it would generate a lot of extra trade. It wouldn't take a lot either. Sky sports showing SL and maybe a Crusaders shirt and a few scarves etc. I'd certainly feel more at home if this were the case.
