I just thought I would usurp Danny by starting this thread and thank him for his sterling work,this year. I have come across something which may allow people to save a little money:providing they are not Luddite technophobes like myself. For tickets visit www.venuetoolbox.com/londonbroncos, or call 0208 381 3800 for the ticket office. Save 20% on adult tickets, use code EARLYBIRD-SHEFFIELD online before 11.59pm on Friday 24th July. Broncos.Never look a gift horse etc.May need the extra pennies to spend at Super League stadia in August and September. I shall make efforts myself as I want to be there when we exorcise the curse of the tangerine coloured seats that we experienced in sunny Blackpool at the Bash. It'll be a nice springboard into the Middle 8's...

I'm staying for the Eagles v Fev game after our game on Sunday and will be cheering you lads on ,but it won't be easy I still think Fev can make the top 4 maybe you Eagles will miss out.

Pretty impressively off topic,Mr Jagger.This is the 'London Away' thread - given your reputation for deep,meaningful,one night stands perhaps you mistook it for the 'Playing Away' thread.

You have reminded me how I appreciate 'celebrity' supporters - I hope Sheffield Eagles can persuade Joe Elliott to back us when we return to Sheffield.

I hope you enjoy this coming Sunday afternoon at The Keepmoat even if you don't like paying your taxes.

I have no problem with Halifax winning.Quite admire the way RM has Halifax trying to play,and his considered views about Leigh.

I am only aged 21 but recall Halifax in the late 80's.Not forgetting Thrum Hall.

21 years old , you must have a Tardis then , my Daughter is 26 and would say Marsha who?As for the Fev thread I'm going for a score of Eagles 28 v Fev 18 should be a very close game , and I will staying to watch it.If Fax and the Eagles win I might even sing out a few bars of It's All Over Now.

As a Fev fan, I have no expectations now, I think we've run out of time. But even though it's all over now, wild horses wouldn't keep me from Sunday's game. Just hope we do not fade away, and it's worth remembering that Fev's away form this year has been 2000 light years from home form.

I feel so young I may go clubbing when in the Smoke a week on Sunday.

May I invite you to post again when the Fev game thread is started.I am cynical about this lack of ambition and belief emanating from Post Office Road.( Notwithstanding it may be just your efforts for Stones connections)

Really it was just a shameless excuse to slip some Stones songs in. Who knows what will happen on Sunday. We were completely outplayed in the game at our place earlier this season, we have turned in a few decent efforts (almost all away from home) but we've gone down tamely too many times this season for any Fev fan to be confident. New coach for Fev, big day for Sheffield, both teams coming off tough games against decent opposition - no result would really surprise me this Sunday.
