I think that TOXIII are a better side this year.

I think I'm right in saying that they have never beaten the Eagles? They will one day, maybe soon, but not this time.

30 - 20

We've had a spell of good weather so the pitch will be firm but on Saturday it's forecast to be fairly cool (rather than the furnace heat that was Toulouse away last year) - hoping that the cool will favour our forwards.

TO have too many injuries , off back of bad loss last week ... unpredictable French , up and down . Halifax only lost because they thought they had it in the bag and were going on holiday.

Thought we played some good open rugby today,Shows what can be done when youve got a good pair of half backs,Brown and Wood today were excellent,Only in 3rd gear in 2nd half and if we would have stepped it up we could have easily scored 50,Thought tolouse were really poor though,Like the look of Crookes,Not as explosive as Tangi but very solid and a quick turn of pace and hopfully if he is here for the full season will score plenty of tries,Henderson is awesome and totally controls the play the ball,Joe Hirst has been brilliant this season and shown a lot of improvement from previous years when he was a squad player at best,Menzie is   Wonder what will happen when Misi is here,Wonder if QT will go to an impact sub role or whether Misi may go onto one of the wings,Looked good toady and i think we should beat Halifax,Looking good for the rest of the season,Funny what the addition of 3 or 4 players can do and totally change the look of the side. Also been impressed with Higgins over the last two games.

Do I win a prize for the prediction? Only 2 points off - though I wish it had stayed at 34-10.

Thought we were awesome in the 1st Half. Lost our way a bit in the 2nd but the game was already won.

Regarding all the Knock-ons - it was chuffing cold, KR & Giants were doing the same in their match.

Is Jack injured or was it just squad rotation?

Hirsty - best game yet; Hendo, Higgins & Browny were immense. Kyle lost his way a bit in the 2nd half but he's creative & he'll get better. Eddie put in some great tackles in the 2nd Half. The whole team played well, just need
to tighten up our goal line defence - their 1st 2 tries were soft. Then again, we went through them like a knife through butter.

Good solid win yesterday. Quieter players such as Hirst & Higgins stood out for me yesterday and played really well, good running with the ball and some good defence too. Brown was excellent too.
Thought QLT had quite a quiet day and Wood was okay but looked clueless sometimes when taking on their line. Menzie and Henderson had good games as usual too and inject life & flair into our attack, also thought Finnigan and Crookes the two dual regs players from Bradford had a good game.

Think we fell off the boil quite a bit come the second half which we can't do against fax next week but happy we kept them to ten points until literally the last minute! Good to see nearly 1100 their, especially with it being a cold Saturday afternoon, being up against the England vs Wales game & no away support. Was also up nearly 100 on last year's same game, which doesn't sound much but I think is pretty good!

Overall good performance yesterday and great to get to get wins back to back and win at home too, just what we needed before we take on fax next week, if we really want to be contenders come the end of the season they are the teams we need to be winning or at least, running close.

not intended as a dig on the attendance figure, far from it but how difficult is it to generate a decent atmosphere at a 30,000 seater stadium when only 1000 or so turn up ?
Would it not be more practical for all concerned to find a smaller venue as a home stadium ?
Donny at the Keepmoat seems ridiculous !
TO13 ground at present is minute in comparison to the LSV,Bramhall Lane etc but does generate an atmosphere when 1000 or so turn up.

It is difficult but we are not blessed with a good, small stadium to play at.

I know it's not the best atmosphere but it's better than Don Valley and we are a lot closer to the pitch!
At Bramall Lane we have the corporate boxes & facilities for before and after match events too to help bring in money on them fronts. If we went to a shoddy small stadium then we wouldn't be able to do this!
