That would be best case scenario I think. If not that match, hopefully a NZ match and/or even a match in the knockout phase, since Sheffield has big enough stadiums.

Sheffield could just host the world cup share the games evenly between DVS, BL and Hillsborough and if Tonga need to play Scotland at Mount St. Mary's then so be it
