Ain't sitting at home seething about losing - far too early in the season;just disappointed in the manner of the loss and surprised at how few of the hordes of Leigh followers actually attended to see the fantastically coached Centurions side take advantage of individual errors,a slight misunderstanding and dubious refereeing decisions. I am actually quite pleased to find how many people are far from impressed with the 'style of play' as coached by Rowley.I was beginning to think it was just me. You just concentrate on your cup final against Salford - Don't concern yourself with me.
After you lose your cup final spend some time and work out how much it will cost for a whole new squad for Super League cos your lot were made to look very average for a large percentage of the game.
It was amusing to see Barlow and his ostentatious bow in the direction of the Eagles coaching staff.
Risible that a complete lack of grace, discipline and dignity is inherent in your club from bottom to top.
I am slightly baffled how your club retains its sponsors.
Now that is funny. It was like 'Wheres Wally trying to spot a Sheffield fan. I note we gave you your best attendance to date, and considering London have very few fans that travel, the 361 attendance for your game against them must be the sum total of Sheffield fans. That was more than you took to the NR Cup Final too, now that was embarrassing.
I genuinely try to admire Leigh;but it is still beyond me. Your head coach, when he was first in temporary charge, whinged like a baby about the referee when he lost at Gateshead Thunder. Your club is one of a handful which appears to have benefitted from assistance from the RFL. Added to this is the assistance from the local Labour MP,in a number of situations. Here and Here * Unlike Keighley who lost out following a bit of Dual Reg regulation breaking who failed to use their political connections This One - Beats me
You seem to have a creative accountant,or just carte blanche authority from the RFL when it comes to the salary cap - It don't bother me;I would just like to see some good rugby league being played, but it seems on every occasion I see Leigh play they resort to the tactics they must rely on each game.
The best one yet being the hypertrophied, the most hypertrophied player on the pitch, managing to jump his enormous frame over the ball at the PTB to win a penalty. One of a long, long list of unnecessary misdemeanours;as usual.
As for the hypocrisy from your supporters towards Dr Koukash since he took over at Salford and their volte-face,well...
Hope Salford smash you next Saturday...
I could go on,but you get the reasoning behind it.
You do realise you come across as quite pathetic.

Its just a cultural thing. We're from Yorkshire, they aren't. Don't try and understand, just accept. We tend to forget how fortunate we are. Bulls had an ongoing thing with Saints for a few years, and Leeds took over then ......... not a lot of love lost there. Fortunately there's only one club from the dark side in this league and plenty of Yorkshire derbies.

The NRC final was poor, but it had zero interest from the club supporters with a challenge cup quarter final the week after

What ? A cup final which we at least looked to have a very good chance of winning as opposed to a quarter final which we had a very good chance of losing ?
Please - don't embarrass the club with implausible excuses.
