Well it did not take long for Turkey to use events in Syria and Iraq to turn them to it's own advantage that is to continue it's bloody and savage campaign against the Kurds it has been waging for the last 80 years. Not content with wanting to wipe out and commie Genocide against the Armenians they are now trying to destroy any attempts buy the Kurds to develop their own resources. Whilst Kurds from the YPG are fighting Isis in Syria and the Kurds from the PKK are fighting Isis in Iraq the Turks are bombing them both. This effectively puts Turkey and Isis on the same side. That is quite s a sobering thought for a Nato country and one that wants too be part of the EU. What is even worse is they have tacit support from the US to do it by allowing American planes to use Incrilik airbase. So America bombs Isis and the Turks bomb Kurds and everyone is happy. I read somewhere this morning that it was the Kurds who had decided to use the situation to promote civil war in Turkey.
